Milford Borough uses a variety of forms for applications, permitting and other requests. These forms are all downloadable and printable from this page, and are also available at the Borough Office.

Checks for permitting should be made payable to Milford Borough and submitted with the application.

ARB Permit

This form is required for work to be completed on the exterior of any building in the Commercial and Limited Commercial Districts.

The Milford Borough Comprehensive Plan provides a comprehensive plan for preservation, development and to provide guidance to governing bodies of Milford Borough.

The Planning Commission Hearing application form is for those who need to schedule a hearing with the Borough Planning Commission.

Required for installation of new septic system.



Certification of Septic

The Certification of Existing Septic System form is required for any zoning change of use, or change of ownership.

Zoning Permit Application

Zoning Permit Application-Required for changes of use, new constructions, additions and alterations to existing structures. Permit required BEFORE Building Permits or ARB applications may be submitted.

Required to create and display all easel/sandwich board signs.

The Building Material Street Closing Application form is required for the temporary storage of building materials or temporary street closing for construction purposes.

Garage Sale Application

The Garage Sale/Flea Market Application form is for a permit that is required for any yard or garage sale in all zoning districts.


PA Right to Know Request

The PA Right to Know Request is the standard PA open records request form.



Special Event Policy

Borough Special Event Policy-Applications required for special events to be held on Borough property and to hang banners over Broad and Harford Streets.

Street Excavation App.

Permit required for the opening of any Borough Street for construction or public utility purpose.
